TK at REACH 

• For the 2022-23 School Year: A child qualifies for the Transitional Kindergarten Program at REACH at the beginning of the school year if he/she turns five years old between September 2, 2022 and February 2, 2023. 

• For the 2023-24 School Year: A child qualifies for the Transitional Kindergarten Program at REACH at the beginning of the school year if he/she turns five years old between September 2, 2023 and April 2, 2024. 

•  TK is a full-day on-site program, Monday-Friday from 7:45 am-2:45 pm during a typical year.

• It is free to attend!

What is TK?

• The TK program at REACH prepares children to succeed both socially and academically. Our teachers use a variety of engaging, interactive resources with a focus on learning through play. Read more about the benefits of play based learning here.

• Research shows that children who are able to attend this extra year of early education are better prepared for Kindergarten.
