Due to increased COVID cases, all students will be on distance learning for this week. Here is a quick overview of info that parents need to know:
  1. Choose Option 1 or Option 2 for distance learning-- 1) Pick up a packet in the office and do distance learning without zoom sessions or 2) 100% online instruction via Zoom. (Some teachers may require packets for option 2 as well. Please see teachers for more details.)
  2. In-person learning will resume on January 10.
  3. After-school program fees for January will be prorated as needed.
  4. Child care will be provided for essential workers only, and after-school care may be provided if there is enough need for January 4-7. Please let us know ASAP if you are an essential worker and need child-care by filling out this quick survey:

  • Packets may be picked up in the office Monday from 2-6 PM and 7-4 on Tuesday-Friday. 
  • Packets will be due no later than Wednesday, January 12.
  • If you would like your child to do zoom but do not have access to a device, please let your teacher know ASAP. 
  • Teachers will send out schedules by Monday at 2 PM. Sessions will begin on Tuesday. 
  • If you choose option 2 for distance learning this week, please let your teacher know if your child does not have access to a device. 
  • Device pick up will be Monday from 2-6 PM and by appointment on Tuesday-Friday from 7-4-- please call the office to schedule. 
  • Please note that we have a limited number of devices to loan, and device pick-up will be first-come, first-served. There will also be a limited number of hotspots on loan. 
  • All devices must be returned by Monday, January 10.
