Student Council Elections Flyer

Open to all 3rd-6th graders:

  • Campaign Week: October 2nd-4th
  • Election: October 5th
  • Winners Announced: October 6th

Please complete all questions to sign-up to run for student council. Once you are signed up, you will receive a campaign info packet from Ms. Judi. Campaigning will take place October 2nd-4th. Student council is a group of elected volunteer students working together with an adult advisor. Student council gives students the chance to assist with school affairs and activities, experience leadership, and encourage others.

Positions:

  • 3rd-6th Grade Classroom Representatives (1 per class)
  • 6th Grade ASB Officers
    • President
    • Vice President
    • Secretary
    • Sergeant at Arms
    • Commissioner of Public Relations
    • Commissioner of Student Activities

Class representatives may have special meetings held periodically throughout the year. 

Student council responsibilities may include helping with fundraisers or special events, or serving as ambassadors for visitors to the school. 5th/6th class reps and 6th grade officers will practice public speaking, and learn how to conduct meetings, pass a vote, and how they may serve the school.
