House Induction Day is one of the most meaningful traditions at REACH, and this year’s celebration brought excitement, anticipation, and a powerful sense of belonging to both our Elementary and Middle School campuses.
On induction day, scholars were officially welcomed into one of our six houses: Altruismos, Amistades, Dochas, Sibindi, Rêve, and Ukulu. Each house represents more than a name or color—it’s a family built on support, teamwork, and shared pride. The moment scholars were “spun” into their houses was filled with cheers, smiles, and instant connection.
Our house system is designed to strengthen relationships, foster mentorship, and build a school culture rooted in collaboration rather than competition. Guided by dedicated staff mentors, scholars grow together through activities, challenges, and celebrations that reinforce leadership, accountability, and unity.
House Induction reminds us that at REACH, no scholar stands alone. Every Royal belongs to something bigger—a community that lifts one another up and works together to achieve extraordinary things.
