REACH Meets PeachJar

We are excited to share information about our partnership with Peachjar to help us unite schools, parents, and communities in our collective mission to elevate student outcomes! Peachjar’s platform streamlines school-to-home communication by distributing valuable school and community resources directly to families as digital flyers. By enabling our district to go paperless, Peachjar helps us save thousands of trees each year.

Policy for Community Groups and Outside Organizations: Flyer Distribution

General Guidelines

REACH wants families to know about district-approved community programs and resources offered by organizations like yours! Peachjar charges a fee for this service, which is typically much less than the cost to copy and deliver paper flyers. There are many additional benefits to using Peachjar—clickable buttons that take parents directly to your website, flyer performance reports, and not to mention the time saved driving school to school!

To submit your flyer for district approval, review our Flyer Approval Guidelines and follow the steps below. Paper flyers from outside organizations will no longer be distributed.

You can also learn more about how to qualify and how the Community Free Flyer Program works by visiting this link: How-to Community Free Flyer Program

After you hit submit, your flyer will be automatically submitted to the district for approval. Once approved, your flyer will be emailed to parents and posted on each school’s web flyerboard for your selected duration of time. For more information on the process or pricing, please email support@peachjar.com or call 858-997-2117.

Please allow up to 48 hours for the REACH Leadership STEAM Academy office to review, approve, or deny any flyer submitted for distribution.

Flyer Distribution Procedures

REACH Leadership STEAM Academy partners with community groups and organizations that sponsor educational or enrichment activities for students by distributing materials through Peachjar. This method is more environmentally responsible, cost-effective, and ensures direct parent access via email and web posting.

Eligibility

To use the Peachjar system, community organizations must:

  • Be a local nonprofit organization with a valid 501(c)(3) tax ID.
  • Support REACH’s mission and vision for academic and character excellence.
  • Directly benefit REACH students or provide value to REACH families.
  • Avoid conflicts with REACH programs or initiatives.
  • Comply with all Board policies related to community partnerships and flyer distribution.

Required Disclaimer

Peachjar automatically includes the following disclaimer on all outside flyers (this feature may not be removed):
