Join us for food, music, and REACH fun! 

Friday, April 17 from 3-7 PM! Pick up your wristbands before the event, from April 8th - April 16th.

 

 

 

 

What is REACHELLA?

REACHella is our annual Spring Performance and signature fundraising event. This special evening showcases the incredible talent of our students and teachers while raising funds to support our school community. Each performance is inspired by some of music and film’s biggest hits, making it a dynamic and unforgettable experience.

Tickets & Admission
General admission includes entry to the event and access to one or more shows.

  • 1 Show: $20
  • 2 Shows: $30
  • VIP Experience: $50

Our VIP ticket (new this year) includes early entry, preferred seating, access to both shows, and one agua fresca ticket.

Please bring proof of payment between April 8–16 to receive your event wristband. A will-call option will also be available at the welcome table on the day of the event.

How to Purchase Tickets

Due to capacity restrictions, tickets will be sold for 4 separate performances. Each family may initially purchase 4 tickets per showtime that your student is performing in. Additional tickets may be available starting Friday, March 27th after the initial sales window.

 

Raffle

Enter to win our 50/50 Raffle!

The winner takes half of the total amount raised for this raffle. Come by the office to purchase and check out other raffle items on display. Purchase now or on the day of the event.

There wil also be raffle drawings that will begin at the start of the event and continue throughout the evening. You can purchase your tickets the day of at check in. You don't want to miss out on the new and exciting prizes we have this year.

Free Shuttle Service

We’ve got your ride covered! To make getting to REACHELLA a breeze, we’re offering FREE shuttle service for all staff, students, and families.

Shuttle Hours:

  • 2:45 PM – 8:00 PM (Continuous loop service)

Shuttle Pick-Up Location:

1101 Marlborough Avenue, Riverside, CA 92507
(Metrolink UCR/Hunter Park Station)

Three (3) shuttles will run continuously between the pick-up location and REACH.

Just hop on — no need to reserve!

Parking Info

Please plan ahead, as there is NO parking available in the REACH lot during REACHELLA.

Where to Park:

UCR Lot

  • Paid parking available
  • $11 Day Pass

Street Parking

  • Any legally available spaces near the event

Do Not Park:

  • In the white loading zone in front of the school
  • In the REACH parking lot

Student Drop Off/Pick Up

Teachers will give students a wristband on Friday to wear when they return to check in for their performances.

TK/K: Scholars check in at 3:30 PM

1st/2nd: Scholars check in at 4:15 PM

3rd/4th: Scholars check in at 5:00 PM

5th/6th: Scholars check in at 5:45 PM

*An authorized adult must pick up scholar(s) from the designated pick up area after the performance is over.
