The energy on campus was undeniable as REACH came together for this year’s Monster Dash Jogathon—and what a day it was. From the very first class stepping up to the starting line, the atmosphere was filled with excitement, encouragement, and true Royal spirit.
Scholars ran with determination, laughter, and joy, cheering one another on every step of the way. It wasn’t just about speed or distance—it was about effort, perseverance, and showing up for one another. The smiles, high-fives, and proud finish-line moments captured exactly what makes REACH such a special place to learn and grow.
Our families played a huge role in making the day unforgettable. Parents and caregivers lined the course, offering cheers, support, and hydration to keep our runners going strong. Their presence created a powerful sense of community and reminded our scholars just how supported they are—both at school and at home.
Behind the scenes and out on the course, our teachers and staff brought the energy that kept the day running smoothly. From organizing logistics to running alongside scholars and motivating them to push through, their teamwork and dedication were felt in every moment.
And the impact of the day reached far beyond the track. Thanks to the generosity and commitment of our REACH community, the Monster Dash raised an incredible $52,096—surpassing our goal and opening doors to meaningful experiences for our scholars. These funds will support field trips that bring learning to life, transportation that makes those opportunities possible, and end-of-year celebrations that honor our scholars’ growth, effort, and success.
More than anything, the Monster Dash was a celebration of what happens when a community comes together with heart and purpose. It showed our scholars that when we support one another, incredible things are possible.
From all of us at REACH, thank you to our families, scholars, and staff for making this year’s Monster Dash a moment to remember. Your generosity, energy, and Royal pride continue to strengthen our community and brighten the path ahead.
