We celebrated Boss’s Day on our REACH campus—and it was much deserved! Our staff took a moment to say thank you from the bottom of our hearts to Dr. Rentie for the way she leads with vision, warmth, and unwavering belief in our scholars. From early-mornings to late-night planning, she is the steady heartbeat of our campus.
Throughout the day, staff and scholars shared messages of gratitude, telling stories about the small and steady ways Dr. Rentie makes a difference—listening carefully, celebrating wins, showing up in classrooms, and reminding us that every child can and will succeed. Notes poured in about her encouragement, her high expectations wrapped in care, and the joy she brings to school life. The common thread: we feel seen, supported, and inspired because of her leadership.
