Ralene Lara

Coach Ralene Lara was born and raised in Rialto, CA. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Health, Exercise, and Sports Science from the University of the Pacific in Stockton, CA, where she attended on a full-ride softball scholarship and played all four years. She later earned her master’s degree in Teaching from UMASS Global in Modesto, CA. Ralene has been involved in the sports world for over eight years, coaching softball and participating in athletic camps. Since 2022, she has been teaching Physical Education, combining her love of sports with her passion for motivating students to enjoy a healthy lifestyle. Her goal is to equip students with essential body management skills while showing them how fun physical activity can be. She especially enjoys joining in on the activities alongside her students. Outside of school, Ralene loves working out, making candles, and spending time with her husband, daughter, and dog. Her favorite book is The Bible, and she can’t resist a good plate of tacos.
