Brooke Tolson

After graduating from Pepperdine University, Ms. Tolson spent a year teaching in a 50/50 English and Spanish dual-immersion program before moving abroad to Spain and teaching English in Madrid for two years. Upon returning to California, Ms. Tolson began teaching 3rd grade at REACH and has been in her role for the past two years. Brooke shares, “From the moment I stepped on campus, I knew REACH was a special place that felt like home.” She goes on to say how the community at REACH is incredible; everyone is amazing, kind, caring, fun, welcoming, and so much more. Her favorite thing about her job is her students. She shares that they make each and every day exciting and filling and push her to be her best. Away from the classroom, Brooke enjoys reading, doing any and all things adventurous, scrapbooking, and creating memories. She aims to maintain fluency in Spanish and further her education at Columbia University's Teachers College to eventually receive an EdD in Curriculum and Teaching. After many years in the classroom, her dream would be to start a school abroad.
